Return Policy

At Euromotive, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, to maintain quality and safety standards, we have the following return policy in place:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable Items (Fluids & Chemicals)
    • Once opened, liquids, oils, lubricants, coolants, and other perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
    • Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition. 
  • Electronic Items & Components
    • Electronic parts, sensors, ECUs, and other electrical components are non-returnable once purchased due to potential compatibility issues and manufacturer restrictions.
    • If an electronic item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately for warranty assessment.

Eligible Returns

  • Non-perishable, unopened, and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

  • How to Initiate a Return
    • Contact our customer service at [support email/phone] for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    • Securely package the item and include the RA number.
    • Ship the item to our return address (provided upon approval).

Note:

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
