At Euromotive, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, to maintain quality and safety standards, we have the following return policy in place:
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable Items (Fluids & Chemicals)
- Once opened, liquids, oils, lubricants, coolants, and other perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition.Â
- Electronic Items & Components
- Electronic parts, sensors, ECUs, and other electrical components are non-returnable once purchased due to potential compatibility issues and manufacturer restrictions.
- If an electronic item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately for warranty assessment.
Eligible Returns
- Non-perishable, unopened, and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
- Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service at [support email/phone] for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Securely package the item and include the RA number.
- Ship the item to our return address (provided upon approval).
Note:
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.
- Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
